I purchase a new pair of Champro catchers leg gaurds and a connector strap that holds the lower knee gaurd to top 2 knee gaurds came out of the leg gaurd. I wrote 2 emails asking where to send my receipt and pictures so I vould have a replacement 4 days apart and never received a reply I called them and they told me you have to have the seller contact us to describe the situation and ask for a replacement. Do not buy from Champro.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from Champro, very hard to return broken part.

I bought a new pair of Champro catchers leg gaurds and a piece broke when we used them for the 1st rime. Their policy is to go through the seller and if they won't work with you call them back and they will see if they can talk to the seller. I wouldn't buy any product from them. I also sent them two messages 4 days apart without a reply before I called them. Eric

Terrible product

These jerseys run super small. I first ordered a jersey in May and here I am a month later trying to still get the correct item. This company has sent me the wrong item a total of 4 times. It is unbelievable. They cannot get the size correct and 1 out of the 4 times they sent the size I ordered and it looked like it could fit a doll. Im not sure what is going on with this company but it is ridiculous. Im so sick of them wasting my time and money.

This is my 2nd email. My daughter received a Champro softball bag for christmas. The strap broke just 3 weeks into the season. I would expect a product to last longer then 3 weeks! Help!

User's recommendation: Don't go either cheap product. Spend the extra money so things don't break after only 3 weeks of use.
